CallJack is an AI-powered missed call capture and lead engagement platform for contractors and home service businesses. The Service automatically sends SMS messages to callers who reach a contractor's phone number and are not answered, enabling AI-driven lead qualification and follow-up on behalf of the contractor.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by LeadLock LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee that AI-generated messages will result in lead conversion or revenue generation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadLock LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Sacramento County, California.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
