- Usage Data: Log data, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and interaction data collected automatically when you use the Service.

3. SMS Messaging Program
CallJack operates an automated SMS messaging program on behalf of contractors who use our platform. When an end user calls a contractor's CallJack-enabled phone number and the call is not answered, the end user may receive an automated SMS from the contractor's business via the CallJack system.
- Consent: By calling a CallJack-enabled number, callers provide implied consent to receive an automated SMS response related to their inquiry.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on conversation activity. Typically 1–10 messages per inquiry.
- Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.
